We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. POPPA Kids Boutique accepts items for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. The return or exchange may be denied if the item has been washed or worn or damaged, and a packing slip or purchase receipt is required.

A return shipping label is included with all shipments to ease the process. The refund issued for returns will be less the shipping fee. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
